My passion is real estate. I purchased my first rental property when I was 19 and have been in the business ever since. I specialize in both commercial and residential buying and selling as well as real estate development. I am also excited about helping and educating people on how to get into the investment property business with my almost 30 years of experience.
My latest projects include Island City Properties, a mixed used apartment building in the heart of downtown Winona and the historic apartment rehabilitation of 1930s Central School. With an extensive knowledge of the market, I am an advocate for my clients and work tirelessly to make the home buying and selling experience as flawless as possible. In addition to real estate, I love spending time in the woods and on the river. I live in Winona with my wife and children, along with some goats and chickens. As a Winona native, I really feel that this area is one of the most beautiful places to live.
