Central Square

Central Square is a 15 unit historic apartment rehabilitation project completed in December 2021. This 1930’s building has many unique features. Some of these architectural pieces include Istiran stone columns, a marble lion fountain, interior and exterior stone inserts, stained glass panels, and more!

Central Square is 200 ft. from Winona State University’s Education Village and a short drive to Saint Mary’s University.
