Community Room
The Community Room is located on the ground floor of the new Riverside expansion. This room can be reserved by tenants for gatherings and events. The room has a door connecting to the patio area located on the back side of the building.
Indoor Parking
Island City Properties offers 16 indoor parking stalls and 30 outdoor stalls for your convenience. There is also security lighting to ensure your safety. $95 per month for inside parking stalls (outdoor free). Off-Street Parking available on Huff Street, Second Street and Third Street. Most indoor parking stalls include an indoor 5 by 8 storage unit or a tuck under storage unit.
