Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of lease signing. The deposit amount is matched to the amount of monthly rent.

If your monthly income is not three times the amount of the rent, you will need a co-signer.

All ages are welcome. Tenants are young professionals to senior citizens.

Each apartment is certified for three unrelated persons. Rent price is based on one to two people and there is a monthly charge of $100 for a third person over the age of 18.
